Hodnoty CMC rastú so zvyšujúcou sa koncentráciou alkoholu v roztoku. Ďalej experimentálne výsledky ukazujú, že závislosť ln(1/CMC) od dĺžky reťazca alkoxysubstituentu študovaných látok rastie.
Kľúčové slová: lokálne anestetiká - perhydroazepinyletylestery 3-alkoxysubstituovaných fenylkarbá-mových kyselín- kritická micelová koncentrácia (CMC) - metanol.
STUDY OF LOCAL ANESTHETICSPart 182. The micellization of perhydroazepinylethyl esthers of 3-alkoxysubstitued phenylcarbamic acid derivates in alcoholic solutions SUMMARY
The critical micellar concentration of per-hydroazepinylethyl esters of 3-alkoxy substitued phenylcarbamic acid derivates in diluted solutions of methanol was determined by the spectrophotometry method in the UV region of the spectrum at the temperature range of t = 5 - 40 oC. Temperature dependence of critical micellar concentration (CMC) displayed a U-shaped behaviour. The CMC decreases to a certain minimum and then increases with temperature. The effect of the concentration of methanol on the critical micellar concentration was also studied in this work. The CMC values increase with increasing concentration of alcohol in the solution. Experimental results show that dependence of ln(1/CMC) on the length of alkoxysubstituent of studied derivates is rising.
Key words: local anesthetic - perhydroazepinylethyl esters 3-alkoxysubstitued of phenylcarbamic acid - critical micellar concentration (CMC) - methanol.
